• Review deliverables and raise concerns within the agreed review period.

• Nominate a point of contact with authority to approve scope, samples and final deliverables.

04Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, research methodologies, tools, processes and original materials remain the property of Kalash AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the deliverables produced under the agreed scope for the agreed purpose. This does not transfer ownership of Kalash AI's underlying methodologies, frameworks or intellectual property.

Kalash AI treats client information, project details and business discussions as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services, or as required by law.

Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies, pricing or non-public information shared by Kalash AI during the course of an engagement. Confidentiality obligations continue after the engagement ends.

06Limitation of Liability

Kalash AI will use reasonable professional care in providing services. However, business information and market conditions change continuously, and we do not guarantee that any dataset will remain accurate beyond the point of delivery unless a maintenance or refresh arrangement has been agreed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalash AI is not responsible for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities or business interruption, arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
